The BAILEY Apartment at Oceans 14 PORTRUSH is a large, newly refurbished 2nd floor, 3-bed apartment with 2 bathrooms. With sea views towards the West Strand and Malin Head you can also watch the Big dipper at Barry’s, Northern Ireland’s Premier theme park. It sleeps a max of 6 people. There is one king size en-suite bedroom, one double bedroom and a third bedroom with a set of bunk beds. Located close to the town centre and opposite the railway station you won’t need a car to enjoy your stay in this popular seaside town
The large, modern new kitchen / dining room has a dishwasher and sleek induction hob along with all you may need for your self-catering holiday.
There is a separate sitting room with flat screen TV and free WiFi.
You will have a large private apartment with access to outside space at the front and rear of the building
Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 11am.
Once we have an idea of your arrival time, you can call or text us when you’re half an hour or so away and we will be there to check you in and answer any queries
We have a coded key safe so if you’d like to come later in the evening that’s no problem – you can then let yourself in which saves any panic if you’re having a great time along the Causeway Coast. You can call or email us at any time if there is any issue at all.
It is just a short stroll to the town centre and many award winning restaurants like the hugely popular Ramore Restaurants which include the fine dining Mermaid, Neptune and Prawn, Coast and Wine Bar along with many more great places to eat offering fantastic food and value meals for the whole family.
The West Strand which, is just across the road from the ROCKALL apartment at Oceans 14 PORTRUSH, has Blue Flag Status and holds the Good Beach Award. It’s patrolled by life-guards in the summer season and offers safe swimming and many other water sports. With all the amenities nearby including a promenade with beautiful views all the way to the picturesque harbour, you’ll find yourself relaxed and entertained with easy transport links.
Transport and parking
We are directly opposite Portrush Train Station so a car isn’t essential to enjoy your stay at Oceans 14 Portrush, There is restricted short term parking at the front of the building for unloading which is in operation in July and August but there is a large free car park 2 minutes walk from the rear of the property. Outside these peak times parking may be unrestricted. We have parking for some motorbikes during the NW200 week. Please ask us for details.

Terms and conditions
We want guests to have a great time and treat our apartment like a home from home but obviously it’s non-smoking and if you cause any serious noise or disruption you may be asked to leave and will lose the £70 returnable damage deposit which comes back to you after check in in line with the T&Cs on our website.
Due to the high standard of this refurbishment we are only able to accept group bookings with an additional £200 security deposit will be required in cash at check-in for groups under 25 or in any other age group where we feel there could be potential issues relating to damage or noise which would affect our other guests. This will be returned at check out subject to satisfactory checks.
Other things to note
There is no bath in any Oceans 14 apartment.
There are 3 apartments at Oceans 14 PORTRUSH. We can cater for events or groups who wish to book the whole building by agreement.
